Daniel J. Mergen, D.D.S.

Dr. Daniel J. Mergen, a native Iowan, earned his Doctorate (D.D.S.) from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2002. In 2003, he earned his certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) also from the University of Iowa. He moved to Spokane the summer of 2004 to enjoy all that the Northwest has to offer. After an associateship, he purchased the practice from Dr. John McConnaughey in 2009.

 

Dr. Mergen is a general dentist who devotes his time to family and esthetic dentistry, providing outstanding care to children and adults in a private practice setting since 2004. Dr. Mergen aims to provide the very best treatment for his patients in a caring, fun environment.

 

Dr. Mergen maintains active memberships with the American Dental Association (ADA), Washington Dental Association (WDA), Spokane District Dental Society (SDDS) and two local study clubs. Dr. Mergen and his staff attend education seminars on a continual basis to exceed the requirements.

Dr. Mergen is married to his lovely wife, Sara, who he met here in Spokane. They have two young boys, Benjamin and James. Outside the office, Dr. Mergen enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, hiking and snowboarding/skiing.
